Epiphany

Every once in a while the light bulb goes off.

For me, the light bulb went off in 2010. It was during a meeting of an AIIM Task Force on the Future of Enterprise IT, headed by Geoffrey Moore, noted futurist and best-selling author of Crossing the Chasm and Escape Velocity, among many titles.

Geoff posed this simple question in the context of the amazing period we are currently living through:

Why is it that in terms of technology I feel so powerful as a consumer and so lame as an employee?
